Dit klopt niet, dat is trouwens verboden binnen de EU.

Wat wel gebeurt, is dat als een bepaalde verbinding vaak gezocht wordt, het systeem die verbinding markeert als “populair” en de prijs gaat verhogen. Maar die verhoging telt voor iedereen, niet enkel voor de personen die de verbinding al opgezocht hebben.

Bedankt voor jullie aanvullingen. Kan me inderdaad voorstellen dat dit soort pricing praktijken (los van de specifieke industrie) door Europa aan banden wordt gelegd.

De informatie op basis van het platform als incorrect wegzetten is een beetje kort door de bocht. (Voor alle duidelijkheid ben zelf geen X gebruiker - geen account).

Jullie reacties hebben me (uit pure interesse want zelf geen frequente vlieger) wel nieuwsgierig gemaakt om eens wat verder te lezen. Kwam o.a. deze tegen (uit 2021 ) die het verhaal ontkracht.
